Collectively Therapy Solutions’ Leadership is comprised of individuals with more than 100 years of high-level executive service including CEO, CFO, COO, CMO, Chairman, and other senior level positions within the nation’s largest health & fitness, rehabilitation, disease management, managed-care companies, and government agencies. These leaders have a range of experience in operations, leading-edge technologies and strategic consulting.

JOHN P. LEMME:President and CEO; founded Therapy Solutions, Inc. in 1998. He is the inventor of the routine engines for APEX™, PTEX™, FITEX™, P360™, ModuleBase™, and all support modules that make up the Company's proprietary and patent-pending web-based systems. He communicates Therapy Solutions' vision and directs the marketing and sales efforts. He helped develop the financial and operating planning processes, human resources, legal, risk management and purchasing functions of the company. Furthermore, Mr. Lemme has solely led the capital raise efforts of the Company, resulting in over $4 million raised of private equity from accredited individuals. His performance has included the negotiation and review of all offering documents and agreements with investors, and all contracts with customers, financial institutions and vendors. His prior positions include: President of Anatomical Therapy division, the Peak Wellness Center, Greenwich, CT; Director of Education and Seminars and Senior Therapist of The Egoscue Method clinic, Del Mar, CA; Rehabilitation Specialist and Head Fitness Trainer of The Pebble Beach Company, Pebble Beach, CA. While pursuing his Bachelor of Science degree, as part of the Physical Therapy program, Mr. Lemme's focus was in biomechanical kinesiology at Northern Arizona University's School of Health Science and Nutrition. His clientele includes professional and Olympic athletes, professional sports teams and heads of industry throughout the United States.

JEFFREY B. KLEIN: Director of Finance and Administration; Mr. Klein has over 20 years experience primarily with large corporations focusing on finance and accounting. Mr. Klein graduated from California State University, Fullerton, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting.

IPHTACH COHEN: Chief Technical Officer; founded IP-DOT Ltd. (formerly AAI Ltd.), headquartered in Atlit, Israel, specializing in developing e-Business applications, primarily for large B2B commerce. Mr. Cohen's team of 25 highly skilled workers serves in the capacity of web developers and programmers assisting TSI with its development and large enterprise integration.

TOMMY LEE: Vice President of Operations; has over 15 years of experience in business development and project management. He was a former manager and Operations Specialist for Wells Fargo Bank, working in customer care, business development, project management, and protocol training. He has expertise in knowledge-based systems in the customer care arena, which includes systems development, operations, and administration. Mr. Lee majored in Social Psychology at Biola University.

THOMAS A. GORDY: Serves as President and CEO of CeloNova BioSciences, Inc., makers of biocompatible polymers for medical devices. He is the founder of TAGG, an Atlanta-based business development firm specializing in advising health care and life sciences companies on business acceleration growth and technology development. Mr. Gordy began his career in healthcare as a medical social worker, served as a human resources director, was a development officer for a Fortune 400 healthcare company, and became Administrator and CEO of his first hospital at the age of 26. He has extensive experience in hospital administration and management, new facility development, mergers and acquisitions, marketing, contractual development, new product and service rollout, and operational and financial system auditing. Mr. Gordy received his degree in Theology from Mercer University.

RONALD W. HART, Ph.D.: Dr. Hart is one of the preeminent scientific and medical professionals in the United States, with extensive leadership involvement at the highest levels of business, medicine, government, and education. He was the previous Director of the National Center for Toxicological Research, Food and Drug Administration, Department of Health and Human Services, and was the Distinguished Scientist in Residence for that prestigious Governmental Organization, the first ever Presidential Appointee to that position, which he held from 1992 until his retirement in 2000. Dr. Hart has served as the Scientific Advisor to the President of the United States for Ronald W. Reagan, George H.W. Bush, and William J. Clinton. He also serves on the teaching faculty of numerous international universities, including Moscow State University (Moscow, Russia), Cairo University School of Medicine, (Cairo, Egypt), Strang Cancer Prevention Center, (Rockefeller University), Guangzhou Medical College, (Canton, PRC), University of Udine School of Medicine, (Udine, Italy) and the College of Medicine, (University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences). Dr. Hart received his Ph.D. in physiology and biophysics from the University of Illinois. He currently serves on numerous boards of directors, and since 2002 he has helped in the development of business strategy for a number of start-up companies.
Dr. Hart's selection as one of the 10 outstanding leaders in science and technology in the United States resulted in his selection to serve as the United States Delegate to the United States and USSR (Russia) Leaders Summit during which he was the Chairman of the Science and Technology Commission was only one of numerous accolades he has received. Only some of the other awards he has received are the Letter of Commendation for Outstanding Service (Office of Science and Technology Policy) Executive Office of the President of the United States, Governor's Award for Outstanding Service to the State of Arkansas, the FDA Award of Merit (three times), Presidential Meritorious Executive Rank Award, Bose Medal, Department of Health and Human Services, FDA recognition of Invention Award and the Award of Merit from the International Cancer Research Society; also among the few of the over two dozen national and international awards and recognitions are the Karl-August-Forester-Preis of the German Academy of Science and Literature, bestowed upon him.
Dr. Hart has made in excess of 450 Keynote and Plenary Session Addresses in the field of basic research and management of scientific organizations. He is credited with penning in excess of 650 manuscripts, 250 abstracts and various book chapters, has been appointed to a number of academic positions and is credited with developing the first direct proof that DNA is causal in certain forms of cancer. He chaired a number of federal committees and task forces, including the development and implementation of the Technology Transfer Act of 1986 and the White House Task Force on Chemical Carcinogenesis.

JAMES MCPARTLAND: Author, international speaker and wellness ambassador who formerly served in senior management positions, including as President, for Star Trac, a leading global fitness manufacturing company. Small businesses and multinational corporations now contract Mr. McPartland to provide comprehensive wellness plans in order to improve their overall business results. His unique Crosstraining System approach has been proven to help corporations see not only improved performance but also greater commitment to their business. Mr. McPartland maintains active participation in numerous organizations including the International Health and Racquet Sports Association, the American Heart Association, and the Governor's Council on Physical Fitness and Sports. In addition he is currently active in U.S. Public Policy legislation to positively impact the companies that provide wellness benefits. Mr. McPartland earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from North Carolina State University. An avid fitness enthusiast, he has completed 35 marathons and 7 Ironman Triathlon events.

STEPHEN J. THARRETT: Twenty-six year veteran of the fitness and private club industry; Served as Senior Vice President of ClubCorp (more than $1.5 billion in assets); former President and Board member of the International Health, Racquet and Sportsclub Association (IHRSA), the world's largest fitness association with over 7,500 club members in 67 countries. Mr. Tharrett is author of some of the industry's leading fitness management books. He is a highly sought after keynote speaker internationally on subjects such as the future of health and fitness, branding, leadership, strategic planning, management of club networks, team development, and building a billion dollar company. Mr. Tharrett received his MSc. in Kinesiology from the University of Michigan and Bachelors in Biology from Baldwin-Wallace College.

HARTSHORN: Founder of PacifiCare and the company's CEO from 1977-1993, growing the company to one of the largest consumer health care providers in the U.S. with revenues in excess of $13 billion and approximately 10,000 employees; recently concluded serving 12 years as Director of PacifiCare Health Systems, Inc.; served as Chief Executive Officer of UniHealth America, a not-for-profit health care organization with 10 hospitals, home-care programs and a majority interest in PacifiCare. Current Chairman of the Board of Corinthian Colleges, Inc., one of the largest post-secondary education companies in North America; operating 94 colleges in 24 states in the U.S. and 34 colleges and 14 corporate training centers in seven provinces in Canada. Mr. Hartshorn earned a Master's degree in Health Care from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) in 1969 and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from UCLA in 1966.

WAMPLER: Served as President and Chief Executive Officer of PacifiCare of California and Vice President, Western Region of PacifiCare Health Systems, Inc., a publicly traded managed health care services company; President and Chief Executive Officer of PacifiCare of Texas and Vice President, Southwest Region of PacifiCare Health Systems, Inc.; Executive Director of Humana HealthCare Plans of Colorado; Vice President of Marketing for MetLife HealthCare Network of Colorado and Vice President of Spectrum Emergency Care, the nation's largest physician staffing company for emergency rooms. Mr. Wampler has served on or currently serves on the boards of the American Heart Association, the Culver Education Foundation, Culver, Indiana, The California Chamber of Commerce, the California Association of Health Plans, and has been a guest lecturer at the University of the Pacific, University of Southern California, Pepperdine, Chapman College and the University of California, Irvine. Mr. Wampler obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science at Indiana University.
